TERMS & CONDITIONS:

CDWS is Claire's Dog Walking Services.

GENERAL:

1. CDWS will only begin service with the client after a pre-service visit has been done, and the Client, Pet and Home information forms have been completed,
   
2. CDWS cannot be held accountable for any vets fees or third party claims whilst your pet is in CDWS care.

DOG WALKING:

1. The Client is responsible for their dog being up to date with their vaccinations, and also their flea and worming treatments. Service cannot start until this has been verified to CDWS.
2. Client accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by their dog whilst being walked and at any other time whilst in the care of CDWS.
3. The client also accepts full responsibility for any injury or harm done to any person whilst in CDWS care.
4. The Client must make known to CDWS, any anti-social characteristics or behaviour, including aggression, shown by their dog, before service starts. Also CDWS must be kept up to date of any changes or onset of any anti-social or aggressive behaviour. CDWS reserves the right to refuse or cancel the agreement if they feel the dogs behaviour makes them unsuitable for walking.
